How we will work with you
Our consultants will work closely with you to build a clear job and person specification before commencement of any assignment. Being thorough at the outset enables us to present only the most suitable applicants for a role. Once we have a brief to work with we will conduct a search and present you with the details of suitable candidates. We can then assist you with interviews, contracts, full referencing and payroll and tax questions if required. We are always available to answer any questions you might have during the process and afterwards.  Once we have placed someone with you we will provide you with HR advice for the first 6 months free of charge to make sure your experience of becoming an employer is as stress free as possible.

Our Flat Rate Fees

  • Full Time Permanent Live in/Out Nanny/Mothers Help/Housekeeper - £1,250
  • PA - £2,000
  • Part Time Permanent Live in/Out Nanny/Mothers Help/Housekeeper
    • 4 days per week - £1,000
    • 3 days per week or less - £750
  • Temporary Staff
    • Temporary  - £75 per week or  part of a week;
    • Maternity Nurse/Nanny £90 per week or part of a week;
  • Enhanced CRB checks - £60 each

In addition to sourcing excellent nannies, mothers helps, and maternity nurses we provide experienced private PA’s or Virtual PA’s to households, small businesses and individuals.  We can also provide a number of additional services which are available to all clients whether or not you recruit through us.

These services can be used either on a one off or regular basis, for example:

  • Advice on types of childcare, advertising & interviewing for
    staff
  • Employment of a nanny or PA and advice on ongoing performance management
  • Payroll & contract set up and advice
  • Vetting & reference checking
